This led us to create our "tiered" structure, where the system monitors the documents we previously created for a given order, thereby reducing the error factor and meeting requirements.

In developing our warranty module, one of the primary goals was traceability. Therefore, we built our system from the ground up to make the entire lifecycle of a product fully traceable from the beginning.

In warranty processing, it was also crucial not only to manage warranty claims from customers in one place but also to trace the origin of the product.

This way, with just a few clicks, we can navigate from the warranty inspection of a product to sending it back to the manufacturer. After that, it's easy to return the already warranty-replaced product to the customer.
